VITALIS CROP Non Negotiable Principles
all the enterprises want to get the VITALIS CROP identification must comply with the following requirements:
1) They must comply with the law and most of all:
a) be in conformity with all the laws as for enterprise’s regulations, as for trade regulations
b) be in conformity with all the laws on job safety
c) be found in state of full financial solvency (no bankruptcy proceedings admitted)
d) do not have at least in the last 3 years received injunctions to pay (injunctions proceedings)
e) be totally paid up regarding fiscal and tax dues
f) have at least a certified system of growing and/or processing
g) demonstrate to practice integrated agriculture
h) observe and demonstrate to observe the laws on waste disposal
i) do not have anything to do with rogue companies
l) never have been their owners and/or holders come under coercive measures for crimes of Mafia
m) adopt and maintain an organization efficient and transparent and put the human above all
n) give evidence of all cultivation, technical, managerial procedures adopted.
